5. Fruits-Healthy Snacks Always Available

Fruits and vegetables are easy-to prepare, healthy and delicious snacks. They are rich in fibre, minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and healthy sugars.

Fruits like apples, bananas, pineapples, mangoes, you name it, can be sliced up for a convenient healthy and delicious snack. You could even slice some of your kid’s favourite fruits together to make a quick, tasty fruit salad.

You’ll probably find it much easier to get your child to snack on fruits than vegetables. Some fruits have healthy sugars such as natural fructose and glucose which makes them sweet. Vegetables, on the other hand, often don’t have these natural sweeteners.
